Our Story
Since its inception less than two years ago, Douma Holdings has acquired 8 properties. We have completed four full renovations, two successful dispositions on completed flips, and partial/inprogress renovations on the other four. Today, Douma Holdings is growing at a consistent rate and is always looking to add additional acquisitions. Our current focus is on multifamily acquisitions, renovations, and completing our value-add business model.
Jarrett Douma
Growing up on a small ranch in rural Montana, Jarrett learned the value of hard work and integrity. As the eldest of five children, he learned early, the skill of negotiation and the satisfaction of meeting common goals. The camaraderie and teamwork of sports in school also helped to distill a respect for being part of a team. Responsibility has always come naturally, as his family taught him hands-on how to provide fair, and valuable services through their real estate holdings companies, farming, and other business ventures. He also developed a passion for helping people and watching with satisfaction, what hard work and a fair deal would accomplish.
At the University of Dallas, Jarrett graduated in three years, continuing his love of business and further harnessing his understanding of the importance of teamwork. He refined his knowledge of business and honed his leadership skills when he was elected President of the Entrepreneurship Club. He garnered experience as well as the knowledge base to start several of his own companies, all of which were geared at helping the consumer. These initial companies were the beginning of what would eventually evolve into what Douma Holdings.
